Technical Requirements or Prerequisites
- Sound knowledge of Windows, Macintosh, and alternative operating systems. System Image development, management, deployment.
- Experienced in Microsoft Server based technologies including Active Directory is mandatory. This includes user management, group policy management, core services management and AD diagnostic tools. Active Apple OS X Server preferable but not essential
- Highly developed interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of education and business software applications
- High level skill in utilization, repair and configuration of computing devices and peripherals
- Desktop fleet and IT hardware Lifecycle management.
- Good understanding and consideration of network security current best practices
- Distribution and management of radius/certificate based wireless networking technologies
- Proven ability to develop and deliver suitable material for professional development sessions.
- Ability to work independently, autonomously and convey information to people of mixed technical understanding. Methodical and effective approaches to problem solving are needed.
